Our Management Team
Martin Jacks
Director
Throughout his career, he has built a wealth of experience and knowledge on property markets across the world which includes the mechanics of overseas buy-to-let investment. Martin is considered to be an expert and trusted advisor to international real estate investors with a strong track record of maximising capital returns of his clients’ investment portfolios.
Having established Elmwood Estates under its former name of Complete in 2011 in Malaysia, Martin is the driving force behind the unique proposition to the KL market. Martin spends his time with his young family as well as being a keen golfer and a frustrated Liverpool FC supporter.
Chee Wai Peng
Finance Manager
Wai Peng joined the Elmwood Estates team in 2013 as Finance Manager heading up internal process and control. Wai Peng provides a multi-sector background spanning FMCG to F&B and Property Management. Wai Peng’s expertise lie in operational due diligence and process enhancement.
In her spare time, Wai Peng enjoys time with her children and karaoke.
Anitha Martin
Head of Relationship Management
Anitha joined Elmwood Estates in 2016 within the property team and in February 2019, took up the position of Head of Relationship Management. With her strong background in customer service having spent a number of years with SIA and customer focused roles, Anitha leads the Relationship Team by setting and continually raising the standard.
In her spare time Anitha enjoys socialising and hiking.
